Foong brothers now got 32.386% of HEXZA. What would have happened if their shareholdings cross 33%? Why HEXZA has no share buy back and what if... Another important point, please refer to Note 25 of HEXZA 2013AR. To simplify my point: HEXZA is a undervalued stock! Don't you agree?

...the Company has sufficient Section 108 tax credits and tax-exempt accounts balances to frank dividends amounting to RM50,356,000 (30.6.2012: RM64,106,000, 1.7.2011: RM66,000,000) out of its
retained earnings as of June 30, 2013. If the balance of the retained earnings of RM29,751,845 (30.6.2012: RM9,979,207, 1.7.2011: RM6,588,388) were to be distributed as dividends, the Company would switch to a single
tier tax system and the balance of the dividends would be single tier dividends.

I believe all companies are suppose to transition to single tier tax system by 31/12/13. So the window to pay out any special dividend should have ended so I dont think there is any likelihood of any special dividend as a result of these tax credits.
