I think the privatization news is not new but no smoke without fire. I assume that Sime would not want to pay the premium of 2.3 if they lose the law suit. So the only way is to take it private with a cheaper price before they lose :)

tony liu, I calculate based on your ... 1/4" 54par.b - I think you got it wrong - assuming that it's all par3's the shortest one is usually 9 and it will only come to 27. they are all usually standard and more than 1/4" more like 4". The bigger standard ones will be 72 par though some shorter ones do have 70 or 71. anything below that will not be standard:) you might got the 54 par is based on 9x3x2? please clarify

nah it was when I was stupid and had too much drink when I hit the purchase and got badly burnt - house on fire but still stayed. That General is a con artist. it's good for trade in and out fast but now I'm more into long term good management one. i'm kinda disappointed in this E&O mgmt - behaving more like KNM Lee!

Bat, sorry to chip in.
with the benefit of hindsight, look at the price history of knm and scomi for say the past 2 years, many got burnt (including Frank hehehe). They are actually sharks. E&O will be no different like what Rapid has said.

Lee's knm was done with lots of PR media (he is at it again) and tender figures giving hopes of a bigger future.
