Value of property must be supported by continuous demand.........this means bubble is able to be bigger and not burst. A bigger bubble that does not burst means also that co dependence of sectors that support a property. Example of this is infrastructure that is build by construction, telco to service a developed location. Similar to a loan taken for a property that is release by a bank at every level of completion ( completing road, completing TNB, completing water., sewerage etc) hence banks are also affiliated to the cycle. ......here the above link shows a demand that cannot be quench simply because recession can evoke at any time due to the uncertainty of of inter dependence global market. Example china stake in us reserved, Russia oil vs global oil, foreign exchange deliberation, futures, etc which has co stake of a country in every other country.......
It will be disastrous to allow malaysian market to crumble as is currently banks are weakened
