Value of property must be supported by continuous demand.........this means bubble is able to be bigger and not burst. A bigger bubble that does not burst means also that co dependence of sectors that support a property. Example of this is infrastructure that is build by construction, telco to service a developed location. Similar to a loan taken for a property that is release by a bank at every level of completion ( completing road, completing TNB, completing water., sewerage etc) hence banks are also affiliated to the cycle. ......here the above link shows a demand that cannot be quench simply because recession can evoke at any time due to the uncertainty of of inter dependence global market.
