TA guy looking at trends.......now I am not saying TA is not good or FA or that I am great..... We can make money some small amt over short term or some big amt over long term.......again it depends on holding power and critical thinking ability......
i still don't understand why the target price is set to so high while it can't even achieve 2.00....i notice RHB always set TP very high for a lot of counters but most of it far from the TP or keep dropping...thus i never trust RHB and didn't open account there, better go to others....
There is a project marketed by Zeon Property Group under City of Dreams in Straits Quay STP. But no one knows the developer and it's not E&O. Will be revealed in mths to come. Anyone knows......is this the reason?.
What makes would be safest for your money?? In the bank??......the guarantee from bank is also hedge and is not 1 to 1 as before with risk factor applied....
Good yielding at >8% but bank interest FD hedge at 3.15%......I would do a receivership business, do take over, with lesser settlement and wait for the next tide to come.....
Buy cheap is an art of timing. If cost of living is high and inflation is on a rise.......can they build cheap houses that do not compromise on the quality and if they do compromise quality, can they ensure safety? Buying property is also a safety net....however safety net for who? The fly by nite contractors/property developers with lesser reputation and lesser experience may spell trouble for buyers.....at the same time buyers who can't fulfill the bank loan maybe trouble for banks ......
They now have RPGT to filter real buyers and they have exemption to promote real growth ( ie Iskandar) and they have reduce loan tenure to ensure only the better of the better will get thru on the loan. But now how do they protect buyers from developers?
As I said the DEIA is suppose to be a long process, but the cheeseburger thought what he read Nov 2013 for the result was true.... As for the city of dream posted by James! it's behind island plaza side.....it may not be on the actual reclaim.......
The only fear Singaporeans have is crime......but then crime is not selective in Malaysia......if Iskandar can be as safe as what it is now, they can draw a green zone for this area to start with....and with the bullet train that lands all the way to Penang, if another green zone can be created, I see no wrong .....
maybe not yet but there will be ... malaysia so stupid. country cud be gold mine if they wud stop the criminals ! and, it will always be a hovel if they don't.
