I think just look at KEURO..Is it worth to invest with the company profile and the business on hand.
Then decide on the action to OR & W..OR=1.08. what about W ex. price=??? anyone know.??

The admission of the securities ( new shares and warrants) onto Bursa is subject to confirmation from Bursa Depository that all CDS accounts of successful applicants have been duly credited...( you have to check your own CDS account for this position)...as it is likely that all rights have been fully subscribed...there is no need to process the excess application....I would expect the warrant to be quoted next week...

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that as at the close of the Rights Issue with Warrants at 5.00 p.m. on 20 August 2014 (“Closing Date”), the total valid acceptances and excess applications received were 526,031,025 Rights Shares together with 263,015,512 Warrants, representing an oversubscription of 96,287,202 Rights Shares together with 48,143,601 Warrants or approximately 22.40% over the total number of 429,743,823 Rights Shares together with 214,871,911 Warrants available for subscription. Accordingly, the Board has determined that the basis for the allotment of the Excess Rights Shares with Warrants is as follows:-

(i) firstly, to minimise the incidence of odd lots;

(ii) secondly, for allocation to Entitled Shareholders who have applied for the Excess Rights Shares with Warrants on a pro-rata basis and in board lot, calculated based on their respective shareholdings as at the Entitlement Date;

(iii) thirdly, for allocation to Entitled Shareholders who have applied for the Excess Rights Shares with Warrants on a pro-rata basis and in board lot, calculated based on the quantum of their respective Excess Rights Shares with Warrants application; and

(iv) fourthly, for allocation to transferee(s) and/or renouncee(s) who have applied for Excess Rights Shares with Warrants on a pro-rata basis and in board lot, calculated based on the quantum of their respective Excess Rights Shares with Warrants application.

The Rights Shares and Warrants are expected to be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 3 September 2014 as previously stated in the Company’s announcement dated 18 July 2014.

to bring some lights into many faces....pl read AM Research ( written by Mr Mak Hoy Ken dated 20.10.14 on IJM Land titled "Bandar RImbayu forges ahead with Scarlet"....vis-a vis future revenue from Bandar Rimbayu and WCE...the research is basically predict a revaluation of IJM Corp privatisation proposal of IJM Land


A similar parallel can be drawn for KEuro which has 40 % of the project value of Rimbayu...giving an upward revaluation also possible ...So have a strong heart and be patient...
