Section 1, 93%
Section 2, 87%
Section 3, 82%
Section 6, 96%
Section 11, 90%.
With progress of 1% each section, Section 1 and 6, have chance to complete by 03-24.
Section 2, 3, and 11, will be H2-24 or end-24 to be completed.
Section 7, at 64%, need 36 months to finish, celebrate full open at October-26.

It is possible that certain month may yield 2% for a particular section, but probably only once every 2-3 months
Hope that it is possible to speed up other sections with each completed section
