i make a huge mistakes by disposing this and get into minetech few months ago, bleeding like hell....blew away half of my bullets. Hopefully lion will sustain and get through this, will back again after cny with reloaded bullets. Btw, you hold any trending counter now beside this?

答：金獅機構是因子公司美嘉鋼鐵的巨額債務而陷入PN17行列。該公司原本在2014年10月25日或之前，呈交重組計劃給相關機構，惟較後申請延長呈交重組計劃期限。

金獅機構在2015年4月1日最新宣佈指出，尚在等待大馬股票交易所，對其延期申請的決定，以便能夠將重組計劃呈交給各有關當局的期限延長至2015年6月30日。

至於業務前景，綜合該公司資料，業務前景不甚樂觀，主要是外國出口商持續進行傾銷活動，使本地鋼鐵市場的需求停滯不前，而旗下產業領域取得較好表現。

政府在2013年2月1日推出新的鋼鐵政策後，惟本地鋼鐵市場情況沒有改善。市場預期金獅機構營運環境保持挑戰，特別是不負責任進口商沒有減少，使鋼鐵產品進口持續增加所致。

liondiv had conducted a revaluation exercise on its properties and the incorporation of
the revaluation surplus of the Properties arising from the Revaluation of approximately
RM196.3 million after accounting for deferred taxation and minority interests in the third
financial quarter’s (31 March 2015) unaudited financial results of the Group for the financial
year ending 30 June 2015. The revaluation surplus resulted in an increase in the net assets per
share of the Group by 14 sen.

erwaja at least got announce restructuring plan, find new investor as white knight and bursa agree them for extend the restructuring plan. Lioncor is different, nothing announce within nearly 2 years after 28th October 2013. Some more lionind keep dropping from 2 years ago 70 cts until today 26 cts, how William Cheng can safe lioncor really a big question mark?
