‘We don’t get paid for activity, just for being right. As to how long we will wait, we’ll wait indefinitely.’ ~ Warren

If you are worried about noises of what people will earn and trying to jump from one "big" story to another, you are in the wrong business! Try finding a business you understand and stick it! That is investment!

A lot said I am crazy investing with scomi and probably scomien! Then I recall a clever saying:

A degree does not mean you are clever! It's only purpose is to validate what you knew all along in you!

Finally, will the price go back to 1.60+ please :)

El Nina weather now making harvest good again. US stockpile is reported better than expected although export down probably due to high price. MFLOUR management, any special dividends? Hehehe

Corn Drops to 11-Week Low Before USDA Report; Wheat Falls

28/09/2012 1 day ago

Corn extended a slide to an 11-week low before a U.S. government report today that may show larger domestic stockpiles. Wheat fell.

U.S. corn inventories on Sept. 1 probably totaled 1.145 billion bushels, up 1.6 percent from a year earlier, as farmers harvested crops earlier this year because of dry weather, according to a Bloomberg survey. The Department of Agriculture will release supply estimates at 8:30 a.m. in Washington. The worst U.S. drought in half a century sent corn to a record $8.49 a bushel last month, encouraging speculators to boost bullish long positions to a 16-month high, government data show.

What I gather is the Oldman Big Boss die before the right issue.
Then, there is this power struggle between the family to control the company by the sons.
Bcoz currently the second son is in power.
The internal dispute have to be settle first otherwise it will stir trouble.

Well just my two cent opinion ya.

didnt know about the power struggle, but judging from the fundamentals, its suppose to be at 1.6x already. I thought it was the tight supply of wheat, leading to squeezed margin. but last year, EPS is 75.13 sens. That's just how strong this stock is without the expansion programme in place yet!

good sharing moven00!

power strugle usually will lead to share aquired from market to strengthen the power grip, this will spark uptrend right? any opinion?

For long term investment no hurry, buy when dips ; for dividend, it's hard to be rewarded in this year cos. FY 2012 earning can hardly exceed 10 sen per share so how much can we expect.

Frankly speak, MFLOUR counter will not have much fluctuation or rebound in near term because it's under PPB and those funds will not support it. Anyway, mflour doesn't care about their support because he is the richest and just the time matter to push up or not only.
In short, i do not think traders will focus on this but "long long term" investors may have partial on this.
