Mas ? Privatise? hihi, no lah, Nothing in MAS will save her...... they put up this privatization talk to Goreng Mas, But shit!... , my TP for this stock is now below 0.100000 ,..... sad sad ........
Privatisation is imminent and should have been done b4 the rights issues Khazanah would have saved more then 1 billion and share holders could have saved some money. To protect the cronies they were putting on hold and what happened today. Obviously they cannot go on loosing money. MBB IB already set the price and have hinted, mark my word soon PM will be making the announcement. Earlier M recomend to privatise but PM said NO, is he going to say NO again... is everybodies guess!
The present price makes it attractive for privatisation. There are buyers for the national carrier but what is the price was the obstacle. With the present price ready for privatisation those not sure please be advised dont get caught offguard.
Today we have a great leader passing and we have 2 morons who ridicule him Zul Noordin and his fellow moron. They insult their own religion and no one else to blame
Think the latest NTA is 0.24. Should offer anything above this for privatization. So with 10% premium, it should be 0.265. But who knows they might negotiate for a higher premium.
They won't privatise for the sake of the union. They want to protect the union and risk losing more money. Privatisation will definitely involve retrenchment.
Yes, time has come for the country to change their mindset. MH370 is an eye opener.I am a unionist and support union but not at the expense of the Company. Union is good but the employees must be productive n work very hard, not to forget the salary, fringe benefits + the bonus which keeps the family going well. We have many gods, the job you are doing is also one of the god. If you dont respect the job then nothing in the world you will respect.I dont belief in "buta gaji". Privatisation is at the doorstep, if retrenchment so what, it is timely the govt have to save the national carrier.....so what is the price...hold on.
...if NTA value is 24ct with 20% premium = .265ct.Of cause the buyer will have to approach the bank for loan n the bank will base on the NTA value + a "goodwill increase in value" may get another 5 cts so the loan may be approved for 31cts.
– Bernama, 17 April, 2014.
Mas.....masih ada sayap....but will take a while if want to fly again....when to start accumulating is anybody's guess....the only sure thing is lawsuits coming soon from left right and center...
Malaysia is dying of Muslim extremist in the govt ....from Langkawi BN MP to Perkasa. ....weak PM is yesman to ensure support. He shall be remembered as the weakest PM in history of. Malaysia
. Just read the reports on MH192 this morning. So, there is a building sentiment in me that is saying MAS is contnuing its turbulent journey in many months ahead. It will take years to re-coup in my opinion. After spate of accidents and incidences since MH370, you must be so naive to still trust MAS. What happen to their aeroplanes? Why Boeng? ,etc. I think these are some of the many questions on everyone heads
The rumuors of MAS sale/privatisation did have some reation last week, managed to increase its price from 0.20 to 0.22, that's a good 10%!. However, unless you agree to be treated as naive by such rumours or talks, you shouldn't be too excited.Even if the sale or privatisation is going ahead in the future, one shouldn't count the egg before it hatches.
Repair of aircrafts, bad reputation, decrease sale, negative perception, loggerhead union, financial losses, etc. should be among the issues a take over company would be faced with. It will be a long while before that company could make MAS become profitable again. So, how does that affect real investment value and the share price? Your say.
I am sorry to discuss the above, considering those who are still holding. Of course it is in your interest to hear more good things about MAS; so that MAS share price could go up. But for investors and traders who are about to jump into the fire unknowingly at the mere rumours of privatisation, it should be a precaution for them. It would be different if you are a gambler or one who always goes agaist all odds. But your money, your decision.
This is a forum and my 1/2 cents view here, right or wrong. You shall have your own view. My take is that MAS price will remain low whether privatisation or otherwise due to many issues already mentioned plus the impending stock market crash. KLSE has been on the rise since 2009. It's 5 years already, the top is heavy and many experienced stock traders and investors that I have come across all voted for market crash sometime this year. Nobody would know absolutely but what goes up will go down. So, to me, it doesn't cost me to wait for the right timing but it cost me dearly to buy at the wrong time. .
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
