3% is against the par value sineo. That's why I prefer companies to announce the dividends in absolute terms.

money game really no kidding , the gamble machine shop also become sunset business , only doing foreign worker business , same to 4d also , money game + black market hitting the legel 4d business , all youngster nowdays can take 1k~10k usd to let people cheat also dont buy 4d .....

because not much people play 4d until drive sportcar , but money game can do it ....
maybe traditional 4d prize no more attractive anymore .... no more youngster depend future on 4d already .........

Anyone here know how can I send email to government customer service . Because I just find a scheme which can help magnum go back to 3.00 ringgit or even higher.
As we know government only charge penalty to the people who illegal selling 4d number. However if government announce will penalty for those who buy number from illegal source also will be charged. Example if buy 10 will penalty 10,000 or even charge them for doing illegal act then I predict at least 50% of customers will come back to buy legal company one.
And government also can get more income from legal company what?
I think they will process this after dicuss with parliamen ?
