I just done a research.......the land is value at least rm0.39/share. However, the value of land will be much higher if the kick-off with the real project....If you have spare cash.....buy and keep....the return is expected to be 300%!!!

in my opinion.....the market is too hot....most of the contra player are concentrated in low price counter.....i think it's can't be sustainable ...they will not collect the share when due....still making good money as my accumulated cost at rm0.1521...700k units...
glotec......another cent share!!!! I think the current wave in cent share is going to be very volatile from now......as long as the momentum is there.......glotec.....banyak sui....can be len loi, len chai in next few trading sessions.....pure my opinion...

I suggest Jasakita...a better cent share.....the volume is still very low.......can buy up to rm0.16-rm0.18.......my TP is at rm0.21.
