So price is rocketing becoz of ECRL? Does MUI have a lot of land all over N.S.? I think the ECRL line will not pass Seremban as it is too far south of NS. Better places could be Lenggeng, Labu, Sepang, then cross to Banting then Port Klang. The government always want to open up new small towns and make them into cities. The China partners have the technology to do these very fast for Malaysia.

One question keeps bugging me. If we're making a route from Klang - which is kind of in the northern side of Klang Valley - to Kuantan, why do we have to meander through Negri Sembilan at all?
Its kind of like going from KL to Singapore via Perak.
If at all, ECRL passed through Seremban, it will likely have a station at Bandar Ainsdale, smack in the middle of Sime Darby plantation land. Bandar Springhill is at least 20 over miles away. The ECRL after Bandar Ainsdale will have to pass tbrough Nilai, and there again is Nilai Impian, another Sime Property project.
So if you have to look at MUI Property, you must look at Sime Property

AT 18 SEN CASH & INVESTMENTS WITH ALMOST NIL DEBT
SURE CAN GIVE DIVIDENDS AGAIN AS BANDAR SPRINGHILL WILL BOOM WITH COMING OF ECRL THROUGH SEREMBAN!!
