Profit is most likely.

Profit or not profit is not anymore the factor of the share increase..

saw few shares tumbled even the quarter result up.

I bought AsiaPac just for one reason: it will grow in 3 years time.

hopefully asiapac finally gets some formal analysis and review from the investment banks or brokerage firms. And of coz a formal target price! I'd like to see that. At least 30 cents I estimate.

Ramunia, its ok. Bad timing means you can collect more for now. No one panicking to compete with you to buy the shares. A good company will surely be noticed someday. Not that many good stocks around also you know. If can get a safe and sound company like Asiapac, I'm sure the fund managers will go for it.

Need the newspapers and online portals to pick up the news and highlight it on main page. That would do the trick. Too bad thats not how most news institutions work. They prefer more sensational news. Asiapac not yet till the stage where ppl wanna goreng yet. I see more investors in Asiapac as seen from the buying and selling. Not so much speculators yet.

The quarter result is out and actually a bit disappointed as what has Yu told me there should be a shocking quarter of 180K instead of 80K revenue. As told by Upanddown, the unbilled sales stood at half billion from KK Times Square Imago Mall 600 units condo sales which were already sold out. The completion of the project is fast approaching. It was suppose to be completed by May but from what was informed, it will be completed months ahead.

Tommylim, maybe the other 100K going into next quarter report? Lol. Anyway word of mouth have to take with a pinch of salt la. Businessman can sometimes be a bit tricky. Or they dont actually take note of the actual financial standing of the company. That one ask financial controller to do. Lol

Today AirAsia has gone up despite not so good result. As for Asiapac, with hefty half billion unreported sales, why should I not be sure? Imago Malls is a jewel and already attract suitors to takeover as strategic asset. As completion is only months away, I wont be writing here constantly as I afraid others may think I am over promoting this counter. This is perhaps the most undervalue stock compare to its recurring income. I see some stocks with only 38 millions sales and going up much more compare to Asiapac 70 millions recurring sales yeary! The figure is very huge.

Hehe Tommylim, you should promote outside i3 instead. Not sure if promote here will have that much effect on the big guns. But then again, its a great company. I agree. I'm gona need to reorganize my portfolio one of these days to increase Asiapac portion. All the best!!!

Steelheart, glad you bought Asiapac. I hope thesteward and Eugene not dissaapointed with Asiapac. Let's see tomorrow if any reaction. I believe the result is not disappointing at all but personally I am as as told earlier. Thank you.

Asiapac is able to sustain its operation for at least 18 months even though no sales generated in an extreme scenario. More important is Asiapac enjoys a reasonable profit margin. Its profit is almost guaranteed in the coming few quarters.

Tommylim, i3 good or bad depends on which counter's forum you are in. Some can be pretty nasty. Lol. But then again Asiapac has been one of the most civilised ones so far, from my experience la.

tommylim bro, I half at .225 and bought back at .21 n .205.., no not dissapointed at...
Fundamentally strong counter. so got to hold... not for goreng kakis i guess. L&g also show v good result but price drop. Encorp shows remarkable quarterly result, price drop. Contra kakis definitely will be disappointed but investors are for long term :-)

Thesteward, I was attracted to Asiapac for its 70 millions recurring income potential. As property in Malaysia settle for recurring incomes like WTC with its paradigm mall but that's also only contribute 20 millions recurring income. I forsee plenty of generative income from Imago Mall even to extend converting part of the mall into boutique hotel which contribute much more recurring income. So you see how great the return is if you own the whole mall like Asiapac. Thank you.

Upandown, I was more convince thank to you for highlighting the unbilled sales of half billion. By next year additional 70 millions will be on-stream from Imago Malls. However, I believe by 4th quarter of this year, some of the 70 millions will be on stream as tenants will be moving in. Thank you.

Asiapac will enjoy fruitful results from unbilled sales in the next few quarters. Imago would offer a stable income stream nicely before ending of unbilled sales. All these needed to be well plan and execution. Asiapac is on the right track achieving it.

Upanddown, perhaps the reason behind this quarter 80K instead of 180K is like you say to offer stable income stream. Thank you.

Tommylim. More to come. The future of Asiapac is foreseeable. I believe that Asiapac would be the target of its peers due to loose shareholding structure. Thanks.

Dividend is secondary issue. Asiapac is considered as turnaround company. I would not expect any dividend at this time.
