Moratorium is timely this to avoid further deforestation.Look at d present weather 41C if not checked next,?ponds drying,crops drying n human no food to eat. Govt is not serious in imoroving d yield. Parliament shd come out with some legislations taking UP whereby use this Co as a benchmark by following their " good management on plantation practices" solely to improve YIELD on existing land instead of chopping trees. As planter i see no problem but r Govt r blind!!!

Root cause not being addressed as to why "yield" is no way comparable in Peninsular estates like UP/Klk/IOI, i look at it serioisly as it is human related, very sad!

Right move to increase yield in the existing land instead of chopping trees.Dont forget these high yielding super palms must be treated very tenderly.Each seedling must be taken care like a baby even after planting.Mgrs must be fully comitted in taking of these seedlings which means they must spend 8hrs of supervision.Do we have this ppl of this calibre???

Good morning to everyone.

Hope you guys are doing well there.

I'm watching CPO counters like FGV, GENP, Sime Darby, CEPAT and TDM(my favorite). Mid autumn festival and Diwali festive are around the corner so I do predict export volume slowly pick up and price will follow suit.

Currently, CPO price must stay above RM2,253-2,259 should any price dip below this consider mission aborted. I'm buying GENP today for mid term investment. After FGV heavily acquired by LTH I'm shifting to Sime Darby as newly appointed PNB Chairman Tan Sri Abdul Wahid will strengthen Sime Darby's position as Top 3 most profitable GLC company. Because of this I also invest in Sime-C3 today.

Giving it 2 quarters by new PNB line-up the share price wil achieve RM9.30.

Next year ROE is heading to 9.1% while stretch target of 10.5% ....

It's about investment but not short term trading.

No way can HOLD C3 all the way if mother cannot break RM8.20 in 1st of September.

Holding MOTHER all de way is reasonable. BUT NOT C3!

based on economic cycle. Now is in the phase of global recovery.

Hence, we have no way to go 100% in second liner or penny stock when we can earn same lucrative earning from big cap/blue chips counters.

I together with my associates will invest in strong fundamental counter. Still nego with some fund house to avoid opposite trend when we are acquiring.............
