BJCORP & BJLAND are the 2 most screwed up counters in Bursa. You buy you die. AGM make no impact at all. What can you do in the AGM ? Nothing! The share will ding-dong at 0.19 all the way. VT make all of you like a fool with full of fantasy! He is a very good actor like Trump! Semuanya sekarang boleh jual satay babi . Hahahaha.......
Bursa/SC could simply attach a dividend while allowing BJCorp time to address shareholding spread issue. Instead, they simply let BJCorp bully minorities!
1 29 Nov 2019 30,000,000 Disposed Deemed Interest Name of registered holder Juara Sejati Sdn Bhd Address of registered holder Level 12 Berjaya Times Square No. 1 Jalan Imbi 55100 Kuala Lumpur Description of "Others" Type of Transaction
Circumstances by reason of which change has occurred Deemed interested by virtue of its 100% equity interest in Berjaya Group Berhad, the holding company of Juara Sejati Sdn Bhd - Disposal of shares via direct business transaction
operating cash flow is POSITIVE despite losses, which is mainly impairment... with lower borrowings, BJLand can afford a dividend, simply because it's receiving dividend from BJToto...
miniminer USD vs MYR may come back to 3.8 from current 4.18 soon. So they "short" sell, ikan bilis should buy buy buy........hehehe............ 01/12/2019 9:27 AM
it doesnt mean no privatisation..it jus mean that no public spread concern for bjland...the 30 million can be bought back anytime if VT want. And VT can buy another 30 million share now from the public if he wants. But he sure is taking his own sweet time now.
Wah hahaha... story comes to the end now. All the stories about privatisation,Myanmar and Korean dreams are gone. What will be the next new story about. All the fantasies about Bjland is gone now. What more to say ? Who can challenge Viagra Tan a typical china man counter. 吃斋拜佛补罪恶 ! Hahahaha...... 姜太公钓鱼,不能怪Viagra Tan. 要怪只能怪自己天真和蠢, 看不到摆在眼前的实事 只值 0.19 !
Anytime VT can buy back his 30M share from his macai, he is trying to fish minority to sell cheap cheap to him.after another few months will announce more than 85%, possible?
Already no about cheap or undervalued issue. Poised to gambling and manipulation trend. Records & history & facts shown how ugly and bullying been. Maybe this stock finally reached valuable to investors for loyalty long term. But it is too pricey & risky. Asking yourself rather listening here blow water. Invest affordable but gain less because you will never be Warren Buffet.
