According to MIDF,last week RM1.18b Foreign Funds flow into Bursa.High PE Tech Stocks all went up good,so they buy them!?Low PE Dnex no go up,so they didn't buy Dnex!?What a pity!As Malaysia now a safe heaven, hope more Foreign Funds from the chaotic west will continue to pour in,Dnex might still has a chance.Dnex should do more roadshows via HLIB n CIMBIB.
The problem is now EPF no money to buy because of the recently approved 10k withdrawal which EPF said will have to sell some assets to meet the withdrawal demand!
ANNEDJMA CAPITAL SDN. BHD. 18-Mar-2022 Notice of Interest 359,000,000 problem with dnex is it focus on two sector O&G and semiconductor. it can be good and bad at the same time. catalyst can come from both sector, but if 1 falls it drag the whole thing down
So obvious PM and RHB IBs are blocking the share price from going up too much as their call warrants are expiring end of this month, CE expiring on 22nd and CA expiring on 28th. Expect last week of the month will see a stronger rebound after CA expired.
jk20598 I am not sure where you see a double bottom. I can't see it in the 1month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year charts. Either I need a new pair of glasses or maybe I need one of your type of glasses that can show me a double bottom.
Huge block shares 359m transfer around like a Hot potato. Why? Did Khazannah Conned Dnex about Silterra? Directors found Out problems after they Bought Silterra Over. Why Khazannah Sell Silterra after 10years and Dump 2--3billions into it and then Sell Silterra like a Old Car
dnex should really focus on 1 sector instead of spltting focus. all capital, manpower and focus on 1 sector do it good then maybe only expand into another sector.
The good thing is that 359 million was not dumped in the open market. Annedjma Capital Sdn Bhd is involved in the 359 million transaction as "indirect" and 94.5 million as direct. I don't understand the meaning of "indirect" - could be pledged to third party such as bank....
SinGor, I was as surprised as you were. Arcadia Acres Sdn. Bhd. was the single biggest shareholder. Now we have to wait and see who can have the capability to become the biggest shareholder of DNeX. I believe Annedjma Capital is just temporary holding onto it to earn some. Anyone has better idea.
The UK’s Oil and Gas Authority, the industry watchdog, plans to hold an oil and gas licensing round for the North Sea this year, the Financial Times has reported, noting it would be the first licensing round since 2020.
The news comes weeks after reports that the UK government was considering a ban on new drilling permits in the North Sea. Discussions reportedly involved an immediate pause on licensing and a ban on all permits from 2040.
In this context, the decision to launch a new licensing round is bound to spark controversy amid the UK’s push to move away from fossil fuels and into a fully renewable future. It was this push that put an end to new oil and gas licensing rounds two years ago.
Now, however, with the Ukraine war sending oil and gas prices soaring, it is adding some $50 billion to the collective bills of UK households. The cost-of-living crisis resulting from the energy price rally has sent the UK government scrambling for quick fixes to the situation.
In search of more oil, after the government banned Russian imports, Prime Minister Boris Johnson recently visited Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates but, per comments from officials there, was left empty-handed by his hosts, the Wall Street Journal reported last week.
Meanwhile, the renewable energy push at home remains strong. The Oil and Gas Authority will this week change its name to North Sea Transition Authority, while the government drafts so-called “climate compatibility checkpoints” for all future oil and gas licensing rounds.
The Financial Times notes, however, that these checkpoints were hastily revised recently to include stipulations allowing regulators to overlook environmental considerations if there are national security concerns.
“The team [at the NSTA] are getting ready some packages of licences that have discoveries that are pretty much ready to go,” said the head of the Oil and Gas Authority, Andy Samuel, as quoted by the FT.
"Subsequently, we probably need to have another expansion to reach about 12 million capacity per year. However, decision has yet to be made – we have to look at how the demand will grow for the next one to two years."
We can only hope that the group MD, DATO' SRI SYED ZAINAL ABIDIN BIN SYED MOHAMED TAHIR can convince potential parties to consolidate with the major shareholding of DNeX. Only then, we can talk about fund raising for Silterra and Ping. The biggest problem so far to overcome is to find the long term investor for 359 millions shares parked at Annedjma capital and I believe the 95 million shares directly owed may also be looking for buyers. These two parties were two of the three parties that sold the shares to Foxconn Singapore.
Dnex is like Greedy politician. Everything also want. Never check Bank Account got money or Not. 200mm Wafer is more like "mixed rice" selling price ( lots of customers But No grand profit margin ). The moment some smart kid from Oxford Uni discovered a better method to develop 800mm, 200mm is destiny for scrap yard
any strong dnex diehard fan, can help answer these questions 1) dnex revenue/profit in % comes from o&g or semiconductor? 2) both sector need heavy start up fund / operation cost do they have the money? 3) recently ask for 700m for siltera expansion, what news? the moment they do fund raising via PP or RI, i can see a huge sell off as malaysian retailers all TAKUT @FUND-RAISING, 99% see that in announcement = next trading day lao sai
Sometimes, when I'm free to cast a look at this forum, I laugh myself to tears!!!...Hahahaha..
Each of these monkeys talking about Oil Price Rally, and earnings, profits coming in......hahaha...but have no idea of what is going on within and soon coming head-on........
Those with a few threads of grey matters, but have pulled wool over their own eyes....see nothing, and refused to acknowledge the Red Flags...... hahaha
That you must have just bounced back from the Moon. Theta's NOSH is just 107 million with TH as substantial shareholders. And for that you are thinking its 5G potential?
I don't think many ppl will be answering your Moon-based, out-of-Reality question.
What a complete I D I O T!
