May this counter RTO stil need more time. It look someone buying than pasting to another ppl n still get right issue wil take time. If cheap can buy like below .11cts maybe will break .10cts. Buy slowly sure will make some money.

for me no point doing rights issue, if the new owner has other plans for nicorp... accumulation by owner/investor that is for sure. What's the future plan we wont know, hahah guess by the time its made known to us price of nicorp is already skyrocket.

There will be a new project coming for nicorp...
Nicorp will be like the troubled Ecofirst in it's previous hayday, where they did not able to shine albeit with a good located mall of South City Plaza.
However, Dato Tiong turn Ecofirst around, putting up a better South City Plaza, and revive 1Segamat, and will be looking to put forward a new mall at ulu kelang.

Everyone is waiting action to push it up, so how high this Nicorp can go? Many r waiting to sell also. I will sell haif of my holding when go above .15cts n keep d other half long term. If come down .12cts below I will buy more. Short term is come below .10cts I will buy more. No one can tell how the trend going to be......

Let him buy as I know now is not right time to buy yet. He is buying low. U can c he is not pushing up. This show that he is taking his own sweet time. I m buying low also dont chase. Up little bit ppl will sell. Just c 1st market still not good yet. If .08cts & below just slowly buy n wait. Sure will make some good money. ! mil is very small, A lot of ppl can buy. If he BAT half a mil is a lot.
