MRT3 may need to wait till budget 2024, but HSR doesn't. Reason is MRT3 are govt spending, while not the case for HSR. The HSR will be private funded project, where the company who build it get its fund on its own. So obviously its turn out into more of some mega properties develop than just public transport.
In my own opinion, no company will do project that doesn't profit. So for HSR, where I see lots of people keep saying the usage would be low due to high ticket prices, etc.... However when it was a private project then the groups of companies will make sure it get profit, how to do that? Just build how lots of properties around the HSR station and create enough "passengers". and when its properties then it mean multiple times of profit

HSR still need federal decision. Reason being - land acquisition need to be coordinated with the states. Land matter is under jurisdiction of state. Those who say no need, you need to go back spend some time to study again.

Regardless federal govt or private project any land acquisition still require local govt approval (if the land own by states govt). Still that doesn't require a parliament budget debate (unlike MRT3)!

By the way, simply calling others for didn't go school wasn't a right attitude (which remind me of the young Indian security who insulted the Dato Sri on the same and get sacked in my neighborhood)

For YTL, for sure its on upward with positives strength. My guess is 1.5 to 2

Sometimes I wonder if buying and selling like Hng33 style is the right way to go especially with stocks such as YTL?. I have been holding since 0.70 and added at 0.90. Reason being it’s a dividend stock plus with economic recovery, Ytl seems to be a big recipient of them - tourism, construction, energy, cement etc. Having stayed in a few of YTL hotels, I have positive vibes about the running of this company. Workers attitude, cleanliness, service all top notched. That’s one of the reasons why I bought into YTL. It’s hard to duplicate such an attitude if a company is run poorly

YTL have been stuck at low price for SO LONG, it's natural for people to get scared when it boomed up a lot

I personally bought in at 55 sen++
At 79 sen I sold a bit
At 89 sen I sold a bit
At 1.09 I also sold a bit

Now I'm gonna hold till I die already hahaha

Diff people got diff priorities, same goes for investing. But for companies which have great growth like YTL better to hold it long term. I made the mistake of selling around 65+cents (that time my average cost was around 55cents) due to long side ways making me impatient.. but I've gained a lesson. No doubt YTL and its subsidiaries are the star of Bursa Malaysia this year, hope everyone can enjoy the gains this year!

Foreign funds are net buyers in KLSE for the last 4 weeks, hence KLSE is bullish now.
I believe huge foreign investment funds (in terms of billion of RM) will pour into Malaysia economy after these 6-state elections are over on 12/8/2023.
Hence I expect KLSE will be a bull market in the second half of 2023.

Looking at daily chart closing price, there is a double bottom at 1,373.
You can say it is almost bottom at 1.373.
I hope to see a new upcycle after August 2023, I also hope it is a long upcycle and a bull market for FBMKLCI after a long downtrend since July 2014.

I have seen many of my friends and clients made multi million profit from KLSE.
They are all investors and use the strategy to buy and hold to make profit.
I learned all these strategies from them to make my multi million profit from KLSE.
I never seen any contra player made million profit from KLSE, do not even mention multi million profit from KLSE.
