You may recall that Jaks has been sued by Star for failure to deliver for a hefty claim of RM 200 m. This is the local project and yet the company can not deliver. The legal case is still ongoing. Jaks is expected to lose and required pay for the said sum ,which would be the final nail to the coffin

The proposed DRP is really a mockery to the investors. Dividend declared to you but no physical payment. The investors are believed to be very pissed with this proposal. Fundamentally speaking, the investors are looking for two things in their investment returns. First is the " Dividend" and second is the " Capital gain through appreciation of share price ".

As at now , No physical delivery of dividend , No appreciation of capital gain but capital loss , on top of all things , the company is appealing to investor to pump in more investment through PP and RI. Do you really believe that the investors are keen to continue to support the company ? Basically , the investors have lost confidence in this company.

The turnaround to Profitability was mainly from the share of profit in the Vietnam joint venture which amounted to RM 140.7 million in FYE2021 as compared to RM3.8 million in the previous year .

No use. No fund to construct. Delivery is doubtful. It can be recalled that someone has done an investment appraisal on the said project for 25 years and the outcome is not feasible and viable for the company

The market is sceptical of such mega project to be undertaken overseas. In the wake of the Star's case, the company couldnt even deliver the local small project in time as a result of which it is embroiled with litigation by Star in the end for a hefty compensation claims of RM 200m. The market including Money market has lost faith in this company so to speak.

It is pointless to talk about tons and tons of mega projects for which you dont have the funds to complete. Given the fact that the company is faced with difficulties to raise funds be it externally or internally ,all the mentions of mega projects granted ( subject to feasibility study ) is just paper talks and unlikely to be materialised.

In retrospect, the share price was plunged to RM 0.70++ in 2021 , many investment guru and IB supported with the " Buy Call " .Many investors followed suit. In 2022, the share price did not escalate as expected but was further plunged to RM 0.50++ . Despite that, Investment guru and IB were so confident that the company would rebound with another " Buy Call " . Many blindly followed suit and some kept averaging down to the pathetic current MV of RM 0.185-0.19.

Even at this interim price, one lady youtuber still advises her followers with the " Buy call " . It appears she has fallen in love with this stock and prepared to bury with it . Many investment guru previously recommended with " Buy call " are caught with big surprise , of course with huge paper loss . Well , nothing is unsinkable no matter how titanic you are .

It has already happened with the law suit by star for non-delivery of local project for a heft sum of RM 200m
It ahs already happened with the difficulties to raise fund be it externally and internally through time extension ,jeopardising the progress of the projects be it locally or oversea
It has happened with the proposed DRP where no physical dividend payout
It has happened with the difficulty to collect trade debts due to delay in delivery of projects for lack of funds.

As at to date ,the total external borrowing stands at RM 600m. It remains to be seen if the company can get external funding or not. Given the current pathetic credit status, it is believed that the company is likely to bite the bust.
