Despite of the fact that Annjoo has negative EPS, P/E , ROE as opposed to Jaks's Positive EPS,P/E ,ROE, its market price is much much better than that of Jak. Futhermore Annjoo is much much more lower ranking than jaks .
why Annjoo MP can stand at RM 1.160 vs the pathetic MP of jaks at 0.195 if not lower?

Jaks has huge bank borrowings both locally and in Vietnam. High interest rate has very big negative impact on both its financial earnings and cash flow.

Given the positive ROE and P/E of Jaks, why is Muhibah's share price is 3.5 times higher and better than that of Jaks under the same industrd despiite of the fact that Jaks is higher ranking than Muhibah under the same industry.
