Another dividend from Jayatiasa. When will Jaks start to pay dividend?

Dividend Payable
The Board of Directors (“Board”) is pleased to declare a second interim dividend of 1.7 sen per
ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2023.
The entitlement and payment dates in respect of the interim dividend are 13th September 2023 and
29th September 2023 respectively.
Total dividend declared for the financial year ended 30 June 2023 is 3.2 sen per ordinary share.
(2022: 2.8 sen)

Completing the construction approximately 4 months ahead of schedule.
4 months ahead mean overpaid Capex (you can check what is the price trend of solar panel. Many LSS4 holders delay their for a reason).

COD can only mean Certificate Of Dead for JAKS. Over borrow (Bank do not want to loan more money to Jaks high risk client) and PP also problems (under subscribe).

So can a profit RM 10 million per year enough to cover bank loan installment payment (intetest + principal)?
So ALP can now only signed MOU (toilet paper) with no mean/money to take on any new project unless RI 30% discount to VWAP 0.201 with free warrant coming soon.
