Agreed. If it goes through. But buyer can walk away in which case TAGB will get to keep the deposit about (AUD$24M), About RM$80M less expenses etc So TAGB gets about 1.5 sen and TA 1 sen. That's why market is being cautious. Excited but go up little bit for now.

Just dunno why it so undervalued.. based on previous record..before it get negative esp. This stock PE around 8-9. I think it need maintain its performance few more qr to bring back investor confidence.
Made 12.9 sen during the second half of last financial year and 9 sen during the first half of current financial year. TA is now trading at a prospective PE of just 3.
Investors do not realize every TA share is holding 1.8 Tagb shares, and now has made much more profits than Tagb due to stockbroking and investments coming in as additional income. Tagb value in TA is already worth about 72 sen, the rest of value also not showing in TA share price. Ta price if p/e is 10 should be about RM 2.00 and that is 3 x current share price. I have converted my Tagb shares to TA as it like receiving bonus shares!!!
From previous record, the only threat of ta is its investment part which cause them lost money in last few years. But base on record since last year, ta investment business recovering from -60mil /qr until now earn 60mil/qr. And this qr remain the earning. Lending part every year provide 100mil income consistently.
Property investment, hotel operation and property development can c much improvements in their quartal report this year. So I'm not worry on the coming result becAuse can see the company is.growing but.not just under value.
Annualised EPS yield 18 sen, Based on current price, P/E is 3.6 times. NTA increased to 1.47, P/BV is at 0.44 times. Along with Insas, TA is one of the most undervalued stock in Bursa.
The best solution is for the management is to take the company private since the market has under-appreciated the company anyway.
