券商 ：艾芬投資研究
目標價：1.39令吉

友尼森（UNISEM，5005，主要板科技）經兩年虧損和重組，結束銷量低的產品，有望在2014年轉虧為盈。我們因而上調投資評級至“短期買進”，也調高目標價。

　我們相信，印尼峇淡島和歐洲威爾斯業務，是拖累友尼森過去幾年陷入虧損的主因。由于威爾斯業務不再獲利，管理層早前暫停該廠房的運作。

　至于峇淡廠房，管理層指引，轉虧為盈計劃已見效，利息、稅務、折舊與攤銷前盈利（EBITDA）早在2013年11月份轉向正面表現。

　考量重組費用，我們認為友尼森將在2013年末季面對最后一次虧損。不過，隨著精簡營運架構，2014年獲利能力將大幅好轉。

　排除峇淡島和威爾斯廠房的虧損，以及中國業務持續獲利，我們相信，友尼森可在2014財年取得4420萬令吉淨利。

　基于更樂觀的前景，我們將2014至2015財年的每股盈利預測，分別調升175%和139%。投資評級上修至“短期買進”，目標價也上調至1.39令吉。

　隨著智能手機和平板環節銷售貢獻提升，可降低盈利的波動性，不排除給予“買進”的投資評級。

　友尼森週二（31日）閉市報1令吉，升2.5仙，成交量達1369萬4300股。

Unisem-wa is seriously out of the money and is quite near the expiring date. Chance for unisem to raise over 2 is quite slim during near term, so no much valuation for wa.

Unisem asset is RM1.50, making loss at RM0.20 maximum, can 3 years making loss, actually Malaysia and China company is OK currently, may be management want to keep the profit to coming finance period at Feb 2014, according to this type of transection record may be some one is playing now.

Unisem-WA I sold out around 11th Nov at minimum price of RM0.16, making loss of more then 10K, hope this can be help me taking back some money.
