@winbigbursa I am the one to worry u, now u ady Self-contradictory, I can't imagine how the situation when all guys in forum blame u because u keep give hopes to others for support NAIM.
Kim33, if it makes U feel better, go ahead n call me whatever names U want. My skin not as thick as U guys rhino- hide, but can still take it one, worry for U guys, LOSERS. 28/11/2019 9:55 AM
Price seems to be moving sideways as all of us are anxiously waiting on the sideline. It's a split vote for now, lets see how the results will turn out, then we shall see who is the real winner here.
I hv to admit it was a very good results, considering the fact that less property and construction revenue being recognized during this qtr, but still generated profit as compared to previous qtr with higher revenue but contributed losses.
Lower Construction revenue was registered, mainly due to lower stage of completion of projects being reported when compared to the immediate preceding quarter. However, the segment profit had improved slightly, mainly due to additional cost savings from certain substantially completed projects.
Current 3-month vs immediate preceding 3-month review (September 2019 vs June 2019) Current Immediate preceding 3 months ended 3 months ended 30 September 2019 30 June 2019 RM’000 RM’000 Revenue 1,070 106,135 Segment profit 6,510 5,362
The decline in Property revenue in the current 3-month period was mainly due to lower work progress achieved for the development projects. At the same time, the Group only managed to secure new Property sales of RM15.8 million during the current 3-month period, against the new property sales of RM62.1 million achieved in the immediate preceding quarter. The segment reported a loss of RM6.3 million in the immediate preceding period (April to June 2019), mainly due to high sale rebates given on certain completed properties sold.
the good news from property sector is it made a profit of rm2 m, with turnover of rm23.4 m, compared with previous qtr of loss of rm6.3 m , with turnover of rm47.4 m. that means the property sector has turned up..got profit now ..
NAIM's last Qtr normally generate the highest profit, assume same as this Qtr, 7.25 sen , total eps for this yr would be 9.62 + 7.25 = 16.9 sen assume PE of 12 , NAIM can easily touch 12 *16.9 = rm2.02 sen as low end of est.
what ever it is tmrw, no need to hurry to sell all, if got big jump..imo if down, can add if got excess funds, it seems, some parties r anxious to grab more shares by creating anxiety here..
Although QR good, it will only get better in 2020 if property side improve more. Better infrastructure development will help. Dayang performance next year will be great too. However, Naim shares move too slow, most likely end of next year only RM2 lol
@blacksmith yes is me, let's see how the share price tomorrow to prove the QR is good or bad lor. Don't tell me the price drop not because the QR is 'GOOD' GIVING MANY EXCUSE YA. thanks in advance.
Hate to mention it, but it seemed like the only clear winner here is Naim. Whether the revenue was left out sinisterly or not, we are all caught off guard. Lets see how market reacts to this.
