As expected, the Sellers weaken position were obvious as they could not fulfill their bluff to push down more beyond 95.5 sen, as NAIM price quickly rebounded to a high of 98.5 sen before settle up 1.5 sen to 97 sen on profit take by savy short-term traders who bgt heavily at 96 sen n below last friday.
Thanks to the short-term traders, the Shark Sellers got their chance to top up at relatively cheap price below rm1, evidenced by their constant loud burst of relief noises, of no value.
Savy traders already know the shark's game n r happy to earn easy money, by buying at the lows n sell back to the shark on rebound.
The lack of fund mgrs buying at this price level, indicates that they already top up at even lower cost, n r patient to wait for the anticipated rerating soon of :
- possible important corporate move by major holders this mth - Dec. window dressing - audited AR by end-feb. 2020 , whereby stellar growth in profits & EPS for NAIM will be revealed
Small players r also confident to add more, to lower their cost n to prepare for NAIM's inevitable strong bound above Rm1, due to its strong FA but temporary suppressed bargain price levels.
NAIM 26% interest in Dayang is already worth rm1.17 per share !
Let's continue to hold firm n ignore the NO VALUE NOISES (already know their game, hahaha..)

Naim price to earning ratio is 5.6 and Dayang Price to earning ratio is 9.09. So, Dayang is over-priced compared to Naim by 62%.
Naim price per net asset per share - 0.38. Dayang price per net asset per share is 1.80. So, Dayang is very much over-priced per net asset per share.
Naim - no right issue in the near future.
Dayang - got right issue in the future. Possible dilution of 20% of share price.

Naim has advantage over Dayang. Only Sarawakian can buy Sarawak land. Due to many factors, Sarawak property sectors are still going up and booming.
Naim price has many more reasons to increase in the future.
Dayang is a possible trap because it is already increased by 300% - very high price compared to real value of the share.. Dont be trapped in other people's dogma. Buy a share that has big potential to go up and not share that has already gone up.
Just my 2 cent view. FYI, I am an investor of Naim and will add more, and I made my view is as natural as possible.

Valuation is v subjective maa Greedy guys like U , will take the peak price in 2007 of 6.40 n project a market cap of rm1.6 billion , ie rm3.11 per share Or use DAYANG peak price of rm2.20 n expect min rm1.81 per share . Wait for market consensus maa
