@nicky don't worry I remembered last month naim hit RM1. 06 then drop back to 0.97c,hit RM1. 10 and drop back 0.95c,hit RM1. 12 drop to 0.945,so I predict next target maybe at RM1. 15
Just pass by once in a while, since i’m holding long term for NAIM’s full potential to unfold. Odds r Good for NAIM to outperform this Dec. window dressing mth Consecutive, 2 days almost equal magnitude High volume is a telltale clue , BIG PLAYERS r in NAIM . The property Sector ,looks set to power up this mth n NAIM will benefit too ! Watch the vol/trans price action , NOT THIS FORUM, NOTHING USEFUL HERE , EXCEPT NO VALUE NOISES TO CONFUSE SMALL PLAYERS, hahaha
yesterday's Vol/Trans statistics show all groups BUYING (60%,53%,55%) except one lone, exicited Big Player in the 1000 lots group (42% buy rate) selling, to take profit/confused players..hahaha
these long time, being here from the beginning guys, sense it too !
Kim33, noted for being 'expert' on predicting the downside , (failed miserably bcause NAIM has always rebounded from the Lows) has now gave up & switched to try his luck, to predict the Upside !
Good luck to you kim33 & fiends,
so far your record has been worrying.. so we wish you guys better luck in predicting the Upside n prove us wrong..hahaha
Kim33 @nicky don't worry I remembered last month naim hit RM1. 06 then drop back to 0.97c,hit RM1. 10 and drop back 0.95c,hit RM1. 12 drop to 0.945,so I predict next target maybe at RM1. 15
@winbigbursa Loser, u only dare to come out even naim up 1c?this not consider is uptrend, ok! If my prediction is wrong, how about u? Your all statement are rubbish!!!!
Kim33, yes, relax, no one says your bold prediction is wrong, we were just surprised as your track record not very assuring for forumers to expect too much, from it, r we wrong ? hahaha
" so I predict next target maybe at RM1. 15.." 12/12/2019 7:20 PM
btw its upside not uptrend, got difference one..
expected U boo-boo today but dont be discourage n start to divert to tembak innocent passerby..
maybe next week got chance, as last minute buy today seems similar to tues. last min. one, that may point to a more +ve monday...
afterall, today is friday n big players may not be keen to show their hand on eve of weekend..
TOPWIN , agree with your insights. Looks like NAIM's majority shareholders and senior management are farsighted and prefer to keep NAIM out of the limelight for 2019. Once the O&G theme of 2018-2019 is fully valued, what would be the likely investment themes for 2020-2021 ? Would the investors focus be on the Sarawak Highway, Infrastructure , and State Elections ?
Naim's core business is Property, Construction, and O&G (Energy). From a technical chart point of view, these three sectors seem to be having a good run for the last 1 and 2 months, except for the Energy sector, which has been on an uptrend move since the beginning of the year. With all the good news on the horizon, I bet NAIM will rise like a phoenix soon.
Indeed, NAIM has been thru the phoenix transformation experience, for the past 3 yrs, when its previous stellar growth in revenue & profit from 2003-2014, plunged into the depths due to external turbulence & unconducive business conditions. Net profit for : 2014:rm220m, 2015: rm34m, 2016: rm1, 2017:(181m), 2018:65M
Like the proverbial phoenix, NAIM has already rise from the ashes and is poised to soar high , up in the sky , thanks to the impeccable quality & experience of NAIM's senior mgmt & staff .
it seems they even have a 5yrs recovery plan (2018-2022)
Its the management & staff that makes the difference, dont U think ?
NAIM holders can sleep well, with the phoenix in NAIM,..hahaha
Kim33, i think most buyers here know tht Dayang & Naim r anak & bapak n bgt anak Dayang first then bapak NAIM. So, overall , most r already winning NAIM's seasoned mgmt has the visions n focus to make things happen ,so the holders r patient wait for the phoenix to soar in 2020, which is just on the horizon, imo
of course, the main things that helps NAIM's holders sleep well is the undeniable fact that NAIM has hit the Big Jackpot in Dayang of which ALL NAIM HOLDERS has a share, hahaha
