Dayang tp rm3 by end-feb which is rm1.63 per NAIM shares + NTA 2.62 = NTA of rm4.25 !! per NAIM share !!

我的 Perdana-pa 在 10号就拿出去，转换成母股，两星期后回来，就可以卖出，有资金在买进 Naim 。

IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE.

Naim holds 26% of dayang worth rm714 million (dayang@rm2.59 currently).
Naim is capitalised only at rm524 million (naim @rm1.02)

Naim's NTA is rm2.62 p/e of 6.

AND We still have not factored in Perdana and its construction (pan borneo highway), its property development AND Sarawak election play potential.

each NAIM shares has projected NTA backing of rm4.25 by end-Feb, not include eps of min. 16 sens EPS for 2019

WHAT DOES IT MEAN BY BUYING NAIM VS BUYING DAYANG DIRECLTY?

When you buy Naim vs buying Dayang directly, you are

1. Buying Dayang at 26% DISCOUNT (current price)
2. Getting Perdana's profit
3. Getting Naim's construction business for FREE
4. Getting Naim's property business for FREE
5. Will be in play for Sarawak's state election 2020

Is there a better deal else where?

agreed @brandee. Normally these kind of companies are very similar to counters such as OSKh, Kuchai etc. just waiting for the value to be unlocked by a catalyst. Mostly these counters are not as actively traded hence the suppress in stock price. Catalyst include:
1. Sale of Dayang's shares, and then dividend payment
2. Property portion of the Company starts to do extremely well, hence getting more coverage and noticed by market
3. Share buy back or privatisation
