Same insinuation was done when Esceramic was 35 sen (after ex now is 17.5 sen)

Those who bought Es ceramic at 17.5 sen (before ex 35 sen) already made 300% if they sold at peak

Bosses of Naim did not sell when Naim was at Rm1.41 last year because at that price they think Naim still undervalue

So this 18 sen (Rm180) dividend will be given swiftly

When news out in black and white

Many retailers will buy. All who kept money in bank fd at 1.75% interest rate will take it out and buy Naim for it's fantastic dividend

Then Local Dividend Fund Managers will take notice and buy Naim

Foreign Funds looking for yield will also come and buy Naim

So hold tight tight

Naim going to go up much much higher
Naim historical high was over Rm6.00

One third of that is Rm2.00

Naim fantastic 18 sen dividend might bring back Epf buying


Epf only give about 6 sen dividend per year

So the funds that Epf outsourced to can just buy Naim and sit back relax play golf for 3 years

Giving 6 sen dividend for 2021

6 sen for 2022

6 sen for 2023

So if you can take out Epf money and buy into Naim you will be wiser

Can sell All Reits and change to Naim

What Reits can offer you in 3 years Naim can give in one year
