There must be a reason they segregated their business in a re-organisation announced recently - see Bursa annoucements. Getting ready for something....For Fairfax this RM600 to 700m company is a small fry too. They bought Blackberry in the US billions!
I am very sure price is set to rise once the announcement is done...either way firing of plants (1 to 2 mths time) or MGO or annual report giving enough info on RKM Powergen to analyst and shareholders. This will be the year for Mudajya like Johnny Cash says!
chinaman...plse try to make sense of this...segregating Power from Construction...perhaps a power REIT/...any other guess...or just plain simple re-organisation? Really K Po Chi investor I am...hahah!

The last buying spree by fairfax pushed the price up to 1.50 and dumb me bought some at that price! they bought hardly 1 million shares...so if a big buying spree comes this time..RM 2 to 2.50 or even 3.00 is not so a crazy dream eh guys...especially when we long time investors are refusing to sell at a loss!
Dear 400523, This internal re-organisation means all assets of Mudajaya Corp. already 'transferred' to Mudajaya GROUP except construction, if I'm not mistaken. since Mudajaya Corp only left with construction business-is this subsidiary going to be cash out?
Now this is getting complicated....so maybe the power reit thingy is possible...they have so many ongoing power plants all over in M'sia , Phillippines...Indonesia with 10.. 20 years contracts collecting stable revenue like our highway consessionaires....there I go dreaming again..There are so many prospects with the Indian Power plants up and running this year. Hope we loyal investors get back our money soon
Hey guys...I have given up..sold at another loss 100 lots at 1.09 (average buy 1.24)...another loss of about 17K (plus brokerage)...all in about 130K losses in this counter..No holding power and can't bear to see it fall...
Hi 400523, if you still have the holding power for the remaining of Muda shares, just keep it and wait for rebound. Give one more year hope. We all are in same boat with Fairfax. They should have done their due diligence before further buying. As a substantial holder of Muda, Fairfax have the right to ask if they found any doubts and Muda must clear their doubt. Hence, their decision of buying must come with reason.
fairfax also fade up with the manggala mangement style of easysuccess, fairfax always made the right decision but tis time they have made a very great mistake of believing such a lousy co. but expert in acting.
