don worry about cash, they pay their suppliers earlier and let their debtors owe them = meaning higher margin, this cash flow will be coming back next 2 quarters
Lol, P/E ratio means nothing. Have you seen the margins that Hevea commands? They generally have similar ROE and P/BV. So both seem compelling enough looking at basic datapoints.
The only problem is the dilution from warrant exercises at such a low price of RM0.25. We should be at the end of warrant dilution right? Most are done, correct?
I don't foresee how it can drop. Book value per share decreased by one cent due to warrant dilution. Going forward, we should be seeing increasing bv/share. Book value itself increased though. Balance sheet looks very healthy. They have very little liabilities...you can even say they're not making full use of leveraging the business. It's possible they may be lining up an acquisition. Who knows.
Always remember when u invest into a growth company like Hevea, try to speculate if the next few quarters combined are going to make more profit or not. That way, u can be sure that the share price will rally because of consecutive qincreased quarter profits or y-o-y comparison results.
Revenue has been increased to the highest level, this meant the management is doing efficiency job. since the company has diversifying it businesses, this will bring further grow for the company. i believe it stock price will be getting better from year by year..
Net profit margin hits 16% in latest Q1. It's RTA furniture segment still contributed an increased 61.8% revenues breakdown mainly to Japan. I expect this RTA segment will continue to rise further due to Olympic to be held in Japan
By estimate annual EPS of 4.5 x 4= 18cents, with dividend policy of 30% = 5.4cents. By normalize to div yield of 3.5% (as similar to bank) then 1.54 will be the fair value with PE ratio of 8.56. Hopefully Japan's 2020 Oplympic will help to boots up the revenue in next 2 years.
RTA furniture is Hevea's largest revenue contributor with over 60% (improved +61.8% further to be exact) or revenues breakdown and Japan remains to be its largest export destination followed by Aus & EU.
Japanese spending will improve further due to its economy entering into gradual growth phase after a decade of deflation and this would boost more importation of Hevea's Krea Kids eco-friendly products. If u are a smart businessman, this is the kind of target market that u want to export into (an improving economy) with spending power because of upside growth projection.
Ryan88, pohuat buys most of its furniture-making materials "particleboard" mainly from Mieco in order to make its own branded furniture. U should be more bullish on Mieco instead and I believe there may be M&A involving Mieco in the near term.
Major players have accumulated a lot of Hevea's shares in the past few weeks. Now the small players will compete and consequently driving up Hevea's share price eventually.
It should fly now,why not?We waited for the quater report and it turned out good,so good results must be reflected in the share price sooner or later, right? So start buying, don't wait and miss the opportunity.
