During a discussion on the future of the U.S. shale-oil industry earlier this month, Phil Flynn, senior market analyst at Price Futures Group, and James Williams, an economist at WTRG Economics, said they expected a major decline in shale-production output during the second half of 2015 to cause a big rebound in prices.

The number of active U.S. oil and natural-gas rigs declined by 56 in the week ended March 20, to 1,069, according to Baker Hughes BHI, -0.67% That is 41% fewer active rigs than a year ago.

Do you all think this is true ?

Beli balik semalam dan hari ini average 65.5 sen. Alam beta dengan WTI Crude Oil selaris. WTI sekarang naik balik USD 53 bbl jadi Alam akan naik balik ke paras 70 sen short term.

Brent need to break over USD$60 per barrel 1st until stabilize at that point, only then stocks regarding ONG sector will raise. Mid-Long term is positive.

Not necessity to go above 60usd... It only have to maintain above 50-53 range for another a week then price on Ong counter can go up.. If USd 60 breached it will rise 20-30% of current value ..

50-53 range should be WTI,rite? What I mean is another crude oil which is Brent to breakthrough over USD60 per barrel, ONG counter will shot up.

On the supply side, ConocoPhillips received U.S. government approval to export ultra-light domestic oil, making it the latest firm to obtain approval to export minimally processed, super-light oil known as condensate.

Others with similar approvals include Royal Dutch Shell and pipeline companies Enterprise Products Partners and Plains All American LP.
