Petronas is still producing same number of oil and maybe even more.
Company like Barakah, Alam and Icon still providing the same services.
Basically there is no major changes.
So Barakah, Alam and Icon is actually undervalue stocks.

YBhg Tan Sri Quek Leng Chan has bought a lot Alam shares at $1.35
Now only $0.66, more than half price.
I am not sure why he did not buy more to average down his purchase price.

Or Maybe he is buying using some proxy name ?
