（吉隆坡25日讯）鹏达集团（Pantech，5125，主板贸服股）截至2月28日第四季净利按年上扬21%至1262万令吉，上财年同期为1040万令吉。

此外，公司营业额从上财年的1亿2602万令吉，上升24%至1亿5629万令吉。

与此同时，鹏达集团全年净利从3423万令吉，增长60.6%至5501万令吉；营业额则从4亿3460万令吉，扬升47%至6亿3716万令吉。

鹏达集团也建议派出每股1.2仙的终期单层股息，或共614万令吉的股息，并将在股东大会寻求股东同意。

（吉隆坡26日讯）鹏达集团（PANTECH，5125，主板贸服股）2013財政年净利大幅成长60%，营业额更创下新高，分析员皆看好该公司前景，可受惠於国內油气领域的蓬勃活动。

鹏达集团2013財政年第四季（截至2月28日止）净利按年上扬21.3%，至1262万令吉；单季营业额成长24%，至1亿5629万令吉。

全年净利大幅成长60.7%，达5500万令吉；全年营业额亦增加46.6%，至6亿3716万令吉。

鹏达集团2013財政年获得强劲成长，基本上符合分析员预期。

达证券分析员指出，鹏达集团的成长主要受3项因素支撑：

一、国內油气计划需求健康，推动订单；

二、来自Nautic钢铁的利基產品，扩大赚幅；

三、巴西古当（Pasir Gudang）的不锈钢工厂转亏为盈。

虽然鹏达集团第四季业绩按季比较下滑，但分析员认为这是正常现象，因为12月和2月份因佳节因素，工作日较短，因此营业额按季跌9%，但营运赚幅保持在14%。

无论如何，JF Apex证券表示，鹏达集团业绩低於他们预期，2013財政年营业额和净利，分別低於预测的4.5%和9.4%，成长放缓主要是其他营运收入降低，以及税务增加。

分析员指出，虽然鹏达集团2013財政年营业额创下新高，超越2009財政年的记录，但净利仍低於当年的6150万令吉。

该公司在第四季派发1.2仙股息，全年股息增加至4.6仙，接近分析员预测的4.8仙，换算成週息率达到具吸引力的6.2%。

展望前景，肯南嘉研究分析员表示，其贸易和製造业务会继续表现优异，主要是油气领域的计划持续进行，以及来自Nautic钢铁的贡献。

拉昔胡申研究同样对前景看好，因为管理层已有计划走向未来成长，正积极竞標新的合约，促进盈利组合。

此外，拉昔胡申研究分析员不排除该公司会继续寻找新的收购目標，复製Nautic钢铁的成功案例。

达证券分析员认为，该公司的盈利能见度清晰，目前拥有3亿令吉合约，足以让贸易和製造部门忙碌至未来6个月，也表示其產能將会全开。

拉昔胡申研究、JFApex证券、肯南嘉研究和达证券都建议买进鹏达集团，目標价格介於0.90令吉至1.14令吉。

興業研究表示，鵬達集團2013財政年淨利為5千500萬令吉，符合市場預期，其中第四季淨利受農曆新年等佳節影響走緩，按季下跌19.2%，而貿易臂膀在石油與天然氣需求旺盛支撐下，銷售和稅前盈利分別按年增長25%和39%，至3億8千410萬令吉和5千980萬令吉。
或探討新併購目標
“與此同時，製造業銷售和稅前盈利分別按年增長100%和247%，歸功於Nautic鋼鐵強勁貢獻，以及良好的碳鋼產品（Carbon Steel）產品組合推動。＂
有鑑於此，該證券行仍看好鵬達集團前景明亮，主要是管理層現正積極爭取新合約來改善公司盈利組合，並不排除公司探討新併購目標，來重演Nautic鋼鐵成功故事。
“管理層指出集團現計劃提高早前拖累集團表現的不鏽鋼工廠現終於轉虧為盈，因此我們預期相關環節未來將帶來正面回酬。＂
