China's import of petroleum is actually raised 9% despite the statement of economy slowdown
All these extra oil used for strategic oil storage.

But now the problem is China already run out of storage capacity .
Some oil carrier already park at port for month waiting for unloading .

If they slowdown import due to storage capacity issue
And if Iran sanction stop
More oil will flood market

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 4): Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) has struck oil and gas (O&G) from its Bukit Tua and Kepodang fields in Indonesia.

“Achieving first O&G in the Bukit Tua field and first gas in the Kepodang field is a significant milestone for Petronas, as it demonstrates our commitment to contribute towards Indonesia’s energy demand and potential growth of the country’s energy sector,” said Petronas' country chairman for Indonesia, and PC Muriah Ltd's and PC Ketapang II Ltd's president Hazli Sham Kassim in a statement today.

if u are long enough in the market, u will know that indutries/sectors of the share market are always cyclical. O&G will be in play again next year, so start collecting shares of good O&G companies from now & deleum is one of those

Oil companies already cut their budget. I just not sure how many oil suppliers will survive near 40USD oil price. Very soon supply will reduce, apart from Saudi who purposely press down oil price. Although she also suffer greatly.

Cut budget/retrenchment/cancellation of projects did not just happen yesterday, all O&G have been undergoing these since early 2015. Imagine if Deleum able to rebound from 0.97 to recent price, so you can tell its one of the potential O&G company. O&G counters will play back in the role soon. Have faith in them.
