management should make announcement on their course of action on legal proceeding and their disagreement to prevent selling pressure due to uncertainty at this point of time.
Don't worry it's very common issue in shipbuilding industrial during economy slow down. Anyway the Vessel or stock still there, still have it own value. DON"T WORRY! EVERYTHING WILL BE OK!
Got back 2 barge contract. lost 2 barge contract time drop from 80 cents.Now slow bull climb. Bears always jump out of window.Bulls climb steps oone by one.
Blacksails, loss is due to cancellation of contract and there should be a penalty for action from customer. In the past is performing only last year started to move downtrend.
