With a high nta @ 95 sen, despite year on year eps, no dividend was declared since June 2019.

Wondering what is the motivation for the major shareholders to keep this counter at such a low and cheap level.

Usually in the corporate scene, this may give an opportunity for major shareholder to privatise at a cheaper price….🤔

Am waiting for its durian....not mentioned on website, but see 2020 AR:
"For achieving sustainable growth in revenue and earnings, the Group has acquired 2 blocks of agriculture lands in Muar, Johor measuring a total area of approximately 50 acres to be planted with branded durians such as Musang King, Black Thorn and etc. The durian plantation is expected to mature in year 2025 onwards and contribute positively to the Group’s result."
Next year got additional revenue from durians!!
