In the DCF calculation, I put RM 1.28 Intrinsic Value base on 4% growth for 5 year, 2% growth for perpectual, 10% Re ...

Note the word : 4% growth.

In fact,there is no growth, it retracts back.

Revising all the growth into stagnant growth, you will get an amount of 90c per share. That's what the fair value is.

It's a good counter, I even list it as my 2015 TOC competition pick, but with this kind of result. It doesn't worth to buy at this price - IMHO.

Ckfatt, your DCF base on how many Re , how many % growth , how many % stagnant perpectual growth, how many Rd ? In fact, there is NO growth but retracted profit.

SP0094701, If drop back to 0.78-0.82 area, I will also buy lo ... But a lot of "if" .. hahaha
