hmm...everyone chill... if you own the share, just chill back. If u intend to buy, pls do ur homework. If u have no stake in this company, dont be sour grape. Give healthy discussions that are supported by facts. Btw, homeriz hv been consistently giving and increase their div for the past few years, this time they did not give div because they want to reward shareholders with bonus issue and warrants. These will come to the expense of the company. Bonus issue and warrants will not improve or deteriorate the company fundamentals. But it will prompt the public to look into its fundamentals and decide the value of the business.

This Chua Fen Fatt sell his stock now also can untung alot of money already , be careful all buyer after they pushing the stock to hit the TP sure will through out some stock . Will drop back soon ... highest than rm1.15 i won't buy in , it's not safe .

b careful. The offer for bonus is too tempting. What will happen after the bonus issue??? So many examples on counters going down south after x date and directors sold their stakes!!!
