dividend not sure. last yr they paid 10c div in May. either they payout div next Q and give higher div rather than spread out over 4 Qtrs. because the last Feb div was also a surprise div. btw, kudos to those that have patient and hold on to the company shares despite the market noises. now we can go back to sleep again. while the company generates cash for us. Gudnite peeps !

income statement and balance sheet look outstanding. but has anyone noticed that cash flow from operating activities has dropped 60%? why why why? :)

becoz inventory lvl increased and payable decreased. why are they trying to keep stock? is it a strategic idea? due to cheap feedstock? :) but dont worry. free cash flow/revenue still ~8.5%. still healthy.

Cash in bank decreased due to dividend paid. cash flow decrease cause they are holding inventories. probably raw material as their sales is not bad this quarter. the current concern for now is poor sentimental in US and Euro. once they are cured, this stock will surely jump!

2QFY15 Results
 Homeritz’s 1HFY15 revenue of RM71.2m (+11% yoy) translated into PATAMI of RM10.8m and accounted for 44% of our full year estimation (versus average of 42% of full year)..
 We deem the earnings in line with our expectations as 2Q has always been the weakest quarter for the group due to seasonality. Historically, 2Q represents on average 19% of full year earnings (versus 26% of our full year estimation for the current quarter).
 Despite recent strengthening in ringgit against USD, the group could still benefit from strong USD as our base case forecast for revenue and net profit for FYE15 assumes an average exchange rate of RM3.50/USD vs average of RM3.24/USD achieved in FY14.
 We maintain our BUY call on Homeritz with a target price of RM1.54, based on 10x P/E which is premium to the furniture industry average P/E of 8x as we forecast the Group’s CAGR growth at 14%.

boonboon. no need top up. if you have 2000 units, they will award you with 1000 units. if you have 7000 units so u get extra 3500 units of shares. total you will have 10,500 units of shares. so u take the number of shares u hv, divide by 2....

best to hv even numbers. warrant is 1 for 4. based on my example above 10,500 units divided by 4 your will entitle to get 2625 units of warrants. odd number...
