Kimlun’s recently launched maiden property project, i.e. Hyve Soho Suite, in Cyberjaya with an estimated GDV of RM240m, has been a runaway success with take-up already hitting the 80% mark for Tower A. Given the overwhelming response to Tower A priced at RM530-540 psf on average, Kimlun plans to put onto the market the remaining Tower B (that also boasts a better view) at a higher price of about RM570 psf on average.

Just wish to see the gearing improving turn into net cash, no harm holding, waiting for 4.8 cts dividend, i am targeting Sendai or MBL. Waiting for better pricing......
Warming up, The gearing will improve significantly in a quarter or two as they can only bill the customers after certain percentage of the contract is completed
Kimlun is a must-own stock along the value chain of the Klang Valley MRT project given its involvement in the production of concrete products for this mega public infrastructure project.
For construction company,definately require capital expenditure to buy new equipments for their projects to be carried out, the questions is the amount of capital expenditure must be reasonable.
Kimlun closed above its 52 week high today, it may have a bullish outlook, with the GE sentiment was over, we expect kimlun will test its near term resistance at 1.70 and if broken we may see it may fast forward to test its 1.90 level..... cheers...
