when SUNREIT price up, its time to watch the show, dont consider to buy it

Eventually, REIT price will come down back, it will sustain uptrend like normal other equities

so when the price drop back then its a buy lo

invest in REIT is for the dividend not really for capital appreciation

want faster capital appreciation, go for equities then

why not? even airasia genm who are not operating now also can go up , REIT is still collecting rental from tenants, and the yield is still high in current low interest rate environment

better cut lost as they first rental income badly affected as major income is from retails...even after MCO we will be entering a new norm whereby prevent window shopping or gathering activity until the vaccine is produced. As per the retail owner how many of them have the high cash flow on hand although Sunway can waive your rental along the MCO period yet u still need to pay the credit term to your supplier and worker salary as well...So it might be a doom look at China although they daily routine is a good mirror of new norm and many of the retails had closed down due to unable to sustain. So the same will be reflecting the Malaysia condition. So the DY will definitely reducing drastically. So why not at this moment since have so many chance to cut lost and entering better profile blue chip.

@newcomer1388, invest in sunreit now, can you profit after 3 years? > most likely yes. But can you become billionaire by investing this> most likely no. Overall, I would say this is a steady investment, lower risk, and lower return.

buy this if want to sleep well and for steady income, unlike energy or glove stocks, price won't jump to Rm3 or drop below Rm1.00. Surely this year income will be affected but still got dividend payout

The frequency of income distribution has been changed from quarterly to semi-annually effective from 3Q2020. next quarter only distribute dividend.
