Latest quarter result is lousy. Turnover increased but profit margin dropped. Profit of RM1.20 million is merely due to RM400k tax reverse. Actual profit is only RM800k. Fair value for this counter is around 60 cents. We have to discount their assets which mostly consisted of cylinders and the company may write off anytime due to missing. The company have very bad record to write off the cylinders in previous years.
