Jenny tiong, One Dato Faruk b. othman and another director Arif bin Faruk have disposed about 60,000,000 shares each =120,000,000 :( ????. So if there's other interested party taking over, then there's hope. Otherwise, prepare for the worst :((((
They should push the mother share up back to 0.60 now..only then the warrants can really make a move up...then the company or big holders of warrants in company can sell their free given warrants accordingly..But these guys having their so manipulative strategy earlier when they push the mother share only a day before of ex-date to a really high price..so manipulative...then, on the first day of warrant trading..they really sell-off..making the exercise price of 40 sen looks miserable choice to do now...something wrong with those faruk clan..can get Bursa to investigate this play..if any possible irregulate internal trading..
what ever you all shout, scold, curse the dato also no use they have sold all warrant n mother !!!! now they having a good italian coffe with a cuba cigar after breakfast if mood good may be ask banker collect back 200 lots of mother @33 dont blame dato, every co. do the same !
Yes..every company do the same..but not in one shot..or in greedy way...or in really short time..they must really plan out their strategy...the mother share get back down half it price in just 3-4 days..from low of 45 sen to 70 sen then down to 33 sen..in just a week?
actually the public spreadholding for this share is not that much..now u can see still thousands accumulate at selling price for very disturbing..expect to see the mother share to fall to 30 sen soon..and warrant may stabilised at 8 sen....I guess after that when the Faruk clan finish up the warrant..only then they push up the mother share
Once bursa announce change in shareholding again and if indeed director, the largest shareholder is disposing mum share via open market, it will create more selling pressure...
because the info is classified and still pending, i can't give u much but take a look at the current project : medical facilities in the Middle East , that's obermeyer's big project 1st link: http://www.novabim.com/ ...that's nova taiwan...70% owned by novamsc and 30% by taiwan people 2nd link: http://www.opb.de/index.php?id=160&L=0class%3Dl and this is OBERMEYER Corporate Group web ---------- notice the Al Ain Hospital, Abu Dhabi picture with the picture in novabim web ...just compare :) -------- that's all for now! :)
market still got so many crazy ppl, no wonder every company issue free warrant to fool you guys. see farmbest=w and gbgaqrs-w same same like this, dont gorget Eastland also use same tactic push up and chowwwwwwww!
Since APFT largest shareholder has sold off all its free warrant (70% stake) on the first day of trading, it imply that current warrant are all hold by others, in particular the market maker. Since they are absorbing selling from largest shareholder and accumulate it at the lowest price, therefore the warrant price now is control by them and will likely gain support.
i think Harvard57 said is true, we better learn from Eastland, when major share holder unloaded the shares into open market nobody can support the price . In Eastland case they dump 15 million we already half dead. Bloody cow this dato dump all his free warrant in first day together with few million mother shares, this wan sure see kiau kiau !
nope sma 20 showed it is stabilising and going to break out,not because of the sma but fundamental...this is a new gem, their projects are all over the world now
their losses just because of revaluation by "depreciation"...and last year when it reached 10.5 cents...no directors or substantial shareholders are disposing!!!..why that 2 subjects? they're buying actually with hidden multiple accounts...remember mudajaya when it was 11 cents in 2005 and then shot to around RM5? ...and this nova...not that big for now, the TP is just 60 cents and that would be 1000% profit if u bought at 6 cents, tomorrow/monday u might not even see 10cents anymore!!!
As expected the sell down is cause by own largest shareholder, they keep selling from 55 sen to 33 sen. I think the largest shareholder after sold off their warrant, are now wanna to sell mum share....
As the warrant is 2 for 1, which mean if largest shareholder control 72% stake initial, willing to selloff their entitle warrant, imply their effective stake will dilute from 72% to fully diluted 48%. The worse is the largest shareholder still wanna continue to sell further down these fully diluted stake...implying, the largest shareholder is prepared to abandon APFT....
Direct (units) 42,210,000 Direct (%) 26.89 Indirect/deemed interest (units) 55,961,000 Indirect/deemed interest (%) 35.64
I don't think these director just wan to take duit raya alone. It is totally unjustifiable for them to SELL OFF all their entitle stake of warrant in the first day of trading and yet reply bursa query that [to the best of their knowledge and after making due enquiry with the Directors and major shareholders, seeking the cause of the unusual market activity in the Company’s shares, is not aware of any factor which may have contributed to the unusual market activity]
These director now continue sell down their mum share and bashed down share price... Something very weird and bursa and SC must take investigation against these director.
Remark: Disposal of a all total of 57,335,500 warrants on 19 July 2013 (first day warrant trading)
i believe they actually only selling for duit raya...unfortunately their raya is for 10 to 20 years...including christmas hehe...just jump onto nova...the environment is quite refreshing now
Actually, all these director are from one family members. Share holding spread from husband, wife to son and daughter. With such unethical and lack of corporate governance (issue warrant and sell immediately once listing and continue sell down mum share), i suspect either these family face financial problem or APFT itself has problem
A: APFT management reply: to the best of their knowledge and after making due enquiry with the Directors and major shareholders, seeking the cause of the unusual market activity in the Company’s shares, is not aware of any factor which may have contributed to the unusual market activity
Fact: Issue warrant and sell immediately once listing and continue sell down mum share
If major shareholder continue to sell down its stake, share price won't be able to rebound back yet. Bear in mind, the major shareholder cost of investment in APFT is 20sen only (par value is 20sen)
