The upcoming Jesselton Quay project is really fascinating. http://jesseltonquay.com/gallery/#prettyPhoto[portfolio]/1/ One would compare it with Sentosa as it has a hard rock hotel in planning (not sure what will happen if there is delay though), and skygarden like The Sands Singapore. The signboard already up, but sales office still renovating. I called the sales office number a few times but nobody pickup. Probably a few more weeks.....
