Jesselton project only starting early next year. .? SBC still have strong GDV from Kiara East project at Jalan Kuching. Question is whether sales is good. Anybody knows?

We refer to our announcements on 21 May 2013, 23 May 2013, 27 May 2013, 19 August 2013, 20 November 2013 and 16 May 2014 in relation to the JVA.

The Board of Directors of SBC wishes to announce that SBC had on 26 November 2014 entered into a Novation Agreement with Jesselton Quay Properties Sdn. Bhd. ("JQPSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SBC, and Suria Capital to novate, transfer to and vest all its rights, title, interest, benefits, liabilities and obligations under the JVA to JQPSB and JQPSB accepts the novation and transfer of all rights, title and interest, benefits, liabilities and obligations howsoever accruing or arising (and whether accruing presently or otherwise) under the JVA.

Save for the above, all the other terms and conditions of the JVA remain unchanged and the JVA is valid, subsisting and enforceable.

This announcement is dated 26 November 2014.

Somebody is controlling the price,Seller 1 lock in 13xx lots at 1.12 for sell and Buyer 1 queue big lots to buy at 1.11.So you can only sell at 1.11 and buy at 1.12. They collected the price at 1.11 and the price can not go up.

W of the view the big shareholder(s) & mgt team "cooked' the issue on JQ to push up the price & made good profit out of it. Then, kept dead silence as though the JQ project is facing lots of hurdles which brings some bad light to the local authority, hence pushed down the share price where the main shareholders & mgt team keep accumulating at very low entry costs. After they have accumulated enough, they drum the JQ issue again with the intention to push up the price. This tactic is only used by 'no brainer' that wants to make quick money instead of building up their professional reputation...

The key issue is on the integrity or reliability of the project info that was broadcast by the mgt team cum major shareholder(s) to the investors at large. Wthr the info is real or to corner the regulator(s) and/or investors (mala fide intention).

Why a good share like SBC Corp should drop?

SBC Corp was only 45 cents in year 06/07. And price shot up to Over RM2.00 then split. Up 500% in 7 years or up about 70% per year.

Now that the market is weak many who bought at rock bottom price can slowly sell down and take nice profits.

For those who don't know anything but bought it at the higest price will have to bear the consequences of violating investment rules.

RULE NO ONE

NEVER TO LOSE MONEY

RULE NO TWO

NEVER CHASE A SHARE AFTER IT HAS GONE UP A LOT & NEVER TO SELL A GOOD SHARE AFTER IT HAS SUDDENLY GONE DOWN A LOT

HE THAT IS LOW NEEDS FEAR NO FALL

IT IS SAFER TO BUY CHEAP LAGGARD SHARES WHOSE PRICE HAS NOT MOVE UP A LOT YET. SO IT WILL ALSO NOT FALL MUCH IN A MARKET CORRECTION LIKE NOW

The project next to this jv is a yayasan sabah project which has started. It comprises of convention center and hotel so they might want that to get off the ground first. I sold out.
