i just bought in at 0.52. not easy for parkson to delivers good results for the next few quarters due to the last few ventures is not convincing. Da men, farenheight 88, my town and sunway velocity. I foreseen the future opening in M square and Bangi also wont be good.

北京商报讯（记者 吴文治 实习记者 刘卓澜）百盛日前发布2017年第三季度财报，数据中显示，经营收益总额为1087.4百万元，同比上涨1.6%。截至今年9月30日，经营收益总额为3456.8百万元，同比上升1.8%。据悉，百盛集团前三季扭亏为盈，净亏损收窄，同店销售上涨。

北京商报记者在财报中看到，2017年第三季度同店销售上升 1.4%，2017前九个月同店销售上升0.4%。2017年第三季度经营收益总额上升 1.6%至人民币 1087.4 百万元，2017年前九个月上升 1.8%至人民币3456.8 百万元。百盛表示，增长主要受惠于化妆品与配饰类别销售强劲表现所带来的直接销售金额增加。

财报中还显示，百盛集团于2017年第三季度销售所得总额为3475百万元，2017年前九个月销售所得款总额11603 百万元，与去年同比下降4.6%。下降主要原因归于该集团优化门店网络的策略，在2016年和2017年前九个月分别关闭7家及5家门店。

在2017年前九个月的销售总额中，特许专柜销售占84.2%，直接销售占15.8%。化妆品与配饰类别占商品销售总额约 46.7%，时装与服装类别占约 44.4%，家居用品与电器类别占约 3.3%，食品与生鲜産品类别占约5.6%。百盛方面表示，截至 2017 年 9 月 30 日，该集团经营及管理着多元化的零售业态，包括 45 家百货店、1 家购物广场、2 家百盛优客城市广场、精品超市、服饰及餐饮门店，覆盖中国超过 30 个城市。

早在2004年时，百盛就步入了转型的阶段，百盛集团以“店中店”和购物中心模式为主，不再开设单体百货。2015年，百盛宣布与韩国衣恋集团合作组建合资公司联手推出中国市场首家城市生活广场。2016年，百盛在青岛开出购物中心金狮广场。与此同时，百盛对于未来的发展做出了解释，百盛集团将维持近数季度所呈现的销售趋势稳定上升。未来还将继续开拓如哈肯铺等成功的新业务，并持续投资于Parkson Beauty等独立概念门店的新零售业态，从而巩固集团作为中国领先生活概念零售商的地位。

多元零售业态发展模式的探索，为百盛的转型带来了不少动力。



老牌百货公司百盛的业绩正在持续回升。

日前，百盛集团(03368.HK)发布了第三季度业绩报告，报告期内实现经营收益总额10.87亿元，较去年同期上升1.6%，经营净利润0.15亿元，与去年同期亏损0.8亿元相比，扭亏为盈增长了0.95亿元。百盛表示，第三季度经营收益总额增长，主要受益于化妆品与配饰类别销售强劲所带来的直接销售金额的增加。

化妆品业务一直是百盛最具抗压性的零售分部，对业绩提升贡献不小。财报显示，今年前三季度化妆品与配饰类别在商品销售总额中占比最高，约为46.7%；时装与服饰类别约占44.4%，其余为家电、食品和生鲜。

针对化妆品业务，百盛正在积极调整经营策略，试图为追求“时尚生活体验”的客户提供创新的线下体验。除了提供丰富的美妆知名品牌、及时推出新品，百盛还推出开展不同主题的“美妆节”营销活动。明年初，百盛还将在长沙国际金融广场开设独立概念门店“Parkson Beauty”，该项目会引进美妆品、专业美容、头发护理、家居生活等多元业态，为消费者提供个性化、体验式的美妆消费及量身定制的延伸服务。

实际上，百盛实现业绩反弹与其三年来持续推进的转型密切相关。

2014年，百盛开始进入转型期，起步阶段就对内部架构做了调整，将化妆品、餐饮、超市等核心事业部单独发展，各板块既可以在百盛百货店内经营，也可在百盛生态外自主经营。这种灵活、多元的发展模式，为转型的后续推进添加了动力。

到今年第一季度，百胜业绩开始扭亏为盈，实现经营收益总额12.55亿元，同比增长0.9%，净利润114.3万元，上年同期亏损1779.2万元。而截止2017年9月30日的前三季度，百盛集团经营收益总额为34.57亿元，同比增长1.8%；经营净利润为0.72亿元，与去年同期亏损1.31亿元相比，扭亏为盈增长了2.03亿元。

在餐饮和超市业务方面，百盛也开出了独立的自营品牌。2015年9月，百盛在上海协信星光广场开出了首家独立超市——百盛精品超市，2016年10月，百盛在上海新天地引进了台湾烘焙品牌“哈肯铺(Hogan Bakery)”，目前已在上海开出了三家门店。据百盛称，餐饮在其服务供应中日渐重要，已成为新的收入来源，未来会在上海及其他省份开出更多“哈肯铺”。

同时，在商业地产项目中，百盛也在探索新的运营模式与升级形态，比如以合作模式开出定位“城市奥特莱斯”的城市购物广场，并涉足自营购物中心。

2015年年底，百盛集团与韩国依恋集团合作，在上海开出了首家百盛优客城市广场，并于2017年5月在南昌开设了第二家。该项目已经被百盛作为面向年轻消费群的折扣零售城市购物广场业态样板，“未来将推出更多城市购物广场概念门店，以扩大我们在此市场分部的市场份额。”百盛称。

百盛尝试的第一个购物中心项目是于2016年4月开业的青岛金狮广场。作为百盛的自有地产项目，该购物中心提供200多个品牌，其中包括百盛百货店、超市、 时尚品牌及餐饮。百盛商业集团财务总监区振森此前对界 面新闻透露，青岛金狮广场的开业率为90%，一季度百盛经营收益总额同比上升0.9%，涨幅就主要来源于青岛金狮广场的租金收入。
