i dunno how they can deduce that is nuclear as some report goes. We don't even have a Nuclear Act passed in parliament yet. somewhere in 2017 only. i heard they may turn towards nuclear for clean energy but under consideration now as some lobbyist is pushing it in Putrajaya! maybe borrow technology from Iran! hehe
