I talked to a research analyst on equities just about 10days ago, she agreed with me that the share worth a few ringgit if we can hold till the completion of BJC. :)

Outstanding RCSLS, current portion is rm25.6mil and non-current portion rm64.8mil, total rm90.5mil. Interest payment of the RCSLS is insignificant, not significant also even included the yearly progressive redemption of the RCSLS.

A sizeable sum of approx 145-170mil is coming in from the revocation of BK project soon....

Once the share price is above rm1, outstanding RCSLS will be converted to shares and there would also be proceeds from conversion of the warrants. :) :) :)

MALTON HAD FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS ANNOUNCED ITS DIVIDEND PAYMENT IN OCTOBER.
USED TO PAY 1ST & FINAL DIVIDENDS OF 3 SEN ANNUALLY.

A 3 SEN D WILL A CASH D YIELD OF 4.8%
A 4.3 SEN (3 SEN NORMAL + SPECIAL D OF 1.3 SEN) WILL YIELD 6.8%
(VERY MUCH HIGHER THAN BANK FD NOW GIVING 3.8% P.A.)

property market generally is downbeat. However we should look at the individual stock and their potential. current and future financial results and prospect. Malton is an excellent stock and brilliant prospect.

interested investor should buy and keep it for good return. if more people buy at the next selling price and not sell when make a small profit, then the share will gradually move up. Then everybody will be rewarded.
