You cannot always use just NTA to evaluate MPC like CAP LOCK BROKEN Calvin keep promoting all over i3 because, it is in negative Free cashflow (FCF) flow for the past 10 Q. You all should have exit the company where is already succesive 2 Q negative FCF.

NTA valuation dont work in a Bear market.You cannot get a buyer to buy above NTA in a bear market. PERIOD

Look at MALTON, FCF yield is 36.3% , highest of all property development company in BURSA. it has been going downtrend from 1.5 to 52c, but it never goes into liquidation. Even if your holding power is 10 years or more, it is useless if it will be delisted.

Last timw sanichi drop till 4 sen consolidation 4 times and later sanichi drop until 4 sen again and ask ri then consolidation 4 times then consolidation 3 Times and also drop like hell so finally sanichi not worth any single sen . So carefully sanichi also cash rich got many project but share price worst than msports and hubline
