Yesterday share price increases by 3cent, today 5cents, tomorrow might be 7 cents. Haha. The stock is illiquid. If someone gobble up by huge volume it will rise very fast.
Ya, I'm hoping for that too. It is a matter of time before others join the fray. I believe once it has crossed RM2.00, it will get the limelight from investors community.

Basically, my guess is: first OSKPROP is privatised. Second, OSKPROP is injected into OSK to unify as one entity so as to gain synergy as both companies have similar and large degree of exposure to property sector. Yesterday, Tan Sri Ong gave a hint in his statement to the media that OSK may consider to engage in property sector.....Third, PJDEV's non-core-business assets will be sold off to release it value. This can be seen from the disposal of Menara PJD and some landbanks in KL. Finally, merge PJDEV and OSK and emerge to be a prominent players in Malaysia.
Tan Sri Ong family stealthily exploits the inefficient market to buy in OSKPROP shares and warrants in order to make the privatization (though it is not confirmed yet but possibly works) easy when the public shareholding is less than 15% as stipulated by the securities commission.
sure got a lot of money. Fresh from selling OSK Investment Bank to RHB. SJSOON, OSKprop is thightly held by Ong family. Close to 75% holding in mother share and warrant. hopefully if he wanted to privatize OSKprop, please give a fair price for minority shareholders
And today someone is artificially keeping the price up, by selling small amount at 0.91 and above. I think the price is due for correction in spite of the share acquisition by Ong and son, and privatisation rumours
huat ar! If Oskprop managed to maintain their performance until the end of FY, EPS will be around Rm3.60. Minus debt, it will be above RM3.00. Debt reduced while cash and retained earnings increased to RM124 mil and RM160 mil respectively.
